Nothing Holding You Back PDRL (Physical Disability Rugby League) is an inclusive and adaptive version of rugby league, designed to allow players with physical disabilities to participate in the sport. It provides an opportunity for individuals of all abilities to enjoy competitive rugby, promoting teamwork, fitness, and community involvement. PDRL emphasises accessibility, with modified rules ensuring a safe and exciting experience for all players, regardless of their level of physical ability. We run running sessions for players every Monday evening, 8 to 9pm down on the 3G pitch at Victoria Park. PDRL is open to players of all levels of physical disabilities.
