Details

An Entry Point For Girls Rugby RugBees focuses on providing a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment where young girls can learn the basics of the sport through playful activities and games. The program emphasises skill development, physical activity, and teamwork, fostering a love for the game from an early age and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle among children. RugBees sessions are every Sunday morning down at the Barn on the old University of Chester Padgate Campus. Starting at 10am, the sessions run for an hour and we encourage parents to stick around at the beginning to take part. RugBees is an activity designed to remove the barriers that females face when participating in traditional sports settings. We believe girls deserve a positive start point within sport and want them to develop a love and passion for physical activity that last a lifetime! The sessions give young females the chance to fall in love with the sport of Rugby League in fun safe enjoyable and equal environment.
